The Helio Pressure Shower contains: an 11 Liter (2.9 Gallon) tank, 7ft hose, spray nozzle, foot pump and carrying case.

Step 1: Add water through the top hole of the Helio.

Step 2: Pressurize the tank by pumping the foot pump (pump occasionally while showering to maintain pressure).

Step 3: Press down on the spray nozzle and wash.

Use it to clean food off plates at the campsite, clean dirt/sand off your feet/shoes/boots and to wash your body/hair.
