These parchment paper liners fits nicely in 12-inch (6 quart) cast iron dutch ovens. Just place whatever you’re going to make inside (stews, soups, roasts, etc.) and when you’re done, just dispose of the parchment paper. No mess, easy clean-up.

Dutch Oven clean-up just got easier! This is NOT a must-have product; but it IS a GOOD product. 8 flat parchment liners, each 20 inches in diameter will fit nicely in a 12-inch (6 quart) cast iron DO. There was some condensation between the liner and the DO, which I just wiped out with a sponge and warm water.Granted, a properly seasoned/conditioned (and mine is) DO is not difficult to clean, but the liner enabled me to spend more time enjoying our friends on our camping trip, rather than cleaning the cast iron in the dark. But if your DO is not well seasoned yet (maybe a new pre-seasoned…
