This is the most successful attempt at a truly useful woodsman’s survival wallet card I have seen so far This is the most successful attempt at a truly useful woodsman’s survival wallet card I have seen so far. It is stout, at about 1/8″ thick, which gives it just enough heft to get a decent bite out of wood if swung hard enough. It will fit into most wallets that I have, but not always in a credit card slot. I’m keeping mine in my cash pocket. The card appears to be plasma jig cut and did need sharpening at all cutting points. The saw was especially rough and burr covered, being that the teeth appear to be plasma cut as well. Mine needed quite a bit of touching up with a needle file or rotary tool. But hell, the saw is really only there to cut and notch a stick to the appropriate width to mount the axe or spear point. So, be thankful the man figured out how to get a saw on this thing in the first place. The gut-hook/seat-belt cutter also needed sharpening with a serration hone. While sharpening, the metal appears to be of a sufficient hardness to hold a useful edge long enough for…
